I have a problem with my order, what can I do?

If you experience any issues with the ordering process, receipt of your items, or even general questions. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer relations department. We can determine what is wrong with your order. We will review it, and if necessary we will replace your order at no extra cost or, if you prefer, we will offer you a reimbursement.

How do I claim a manufacturer's warranty?

If your product is simply defective, please let our customer relations department know via e-mail. We will determine if the item is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and, if so, we will immediately send you a replacement at no extra cost.
